If you are receiving this email you have signed up to attend the FIRST FRC Championship in St. Louis, MO.
The decision has been made that we will charter a bus for our trip. We plan to depart Jax at 6:00pm on Tue, 4/24 and arrive in St Louis at approx noon on Wed, 4/25.
We will leave St. Louis Sat night at approx 11:00pm (following the Finale) and arrive back to Jax at approx 6:00pm. Please see attached DRAFT Agenda which is subject to change.
Also attached are the Spectator Schedule, Driver Schedule, FIRST Finale info, walking directions between hotel and dome, Trip Permission Form and Medical Release Form.
Let us know if you will NOT be riding the bus.

Advise if you have any changes to the info on the Attendee list or can supply some of the missing info (in yellow).
Duval County Public School students – Please fill out the Field Trip Permission Form & Medical Release Form and turn into your school’s office asap (Stanton students can submit to Mr. Copeland). If you submitted a Medical Release Form for the 2012 Orlando Regional, you do not need to submit again. You will not be able to attend unless both have been submitted.
Room list will be distributed at a later date. Also, as info we will be working on lunches & dinners while in STL and will let you know.
